Returns

Your satisfaction is of of paramount importance to us, we hope that you will love the jewellery you purchase from us. You may return an item for a refund, if when you receive a piece, it is not to your taste. We are happy to refund the purchase price for a maximum of 14 days after receipt.

If you wish to return an item, could you please:

 E-mail us immediately on receipt of the item, to let us know you would like to return it?

 Return the item to us within 14 days , via a secure and insured service. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received - damaged, broken or altered items will not be accepted for a refund. Please remember you are buying a piece of antique jewellery which must be treated with care. These items are not suitable to wear whilst gardening, washing, showering, playing sport etc. Foil-backed items must not come into contact with water, as this will cause discolouration. The items offered for sale on this site are antiques in good condition and with careful treatment they should remain that way.

If you have paid for a piece on a layaway scheme, your refund will be sent back to you in the same manner. There are no immediate full refunds for layaway payments, e.g. if you have made three equal monthly payments, your refund will be in three equal monthly payments.

Should you decide to return an item after 14 days, we will either issue you with a store credit or offer the item for sale again on your behalf and issue you with a refund when we sell the item, less costs incurred : our Paypal fees and our shipping fees.

The items offered for sale on our website are also on sale in our London shop, therefore they may have been sold before we update the website.

We are happy to accept layaway payments on the following basis : strictly three equal payments over three months. We offer the layaway facility for a maximum of three months. If you are unable to complete your layaway purchase by the end of the three month period, we will issue you with a store credit for the amount you have paid and re-offer the item for sale.
