A rather fabulous Victorian serpent bangle, circa 1840. It is 18 carat gold and silver and hinges open. The serpent’s head is set with pavé turquoise and rose-cut diamonds and it has ruby eye. The serpent’s tail is also set with turquoise and it holds a turquoise within its mouth. The bangle will fit a wrist of 6 to 7.5 inches and is solid, chunky and immaculate.
