19th century diamond heart

Fabulous large and puffy diamond heart pendant, circa 1840. It is 18 carat gold and silver and studded with 9.25 carats of very bright old-cut diamonds. There is an opening locket section to reverse. The heart is 1 and 2/3 inches in length including diamond bale and one inch wide. It is substantial, very fine quality and immaculate.
