A slither of serpents

Three Victorian large and chunky 18 carat gold serpent rings with diamond-set heads. The first is hallmarked for London 1862 and set old mine-cut diamonds of approximately 1.2 carats in total. It is size Q [US 8 and 1/2] and weighs 10 grams. The second is of a similar age and has an engraved coiled shank. It is set with rose-cut diamonds weighing approximately one carat in total and has ruby eyes. It is size S [US 9] and weighs 5.6 grams. The third is also Victorian and set with rose-cut diamonds of 0.75 approximately carats in total. It is size Q [US 8 and 1/2] and weighs 8 grams. All are substantial and immaculate.
