18th century Iberian diamond laca necklace
An 18th century Iberian diamond necklace with ribbon fittings, circa 1760. It is gold and silver and set with rose-cut diamonds in foiled and closed back settings, the approximate total diamond weight is 5 carats. It is created in the three part laca form of articulated pendant top, bow and cruciform pendant. The necklace is 7.5 inches long and 1/4 of an inch wide. The pendant drop measures 2 and 1/4 inches by one inch. As the necklace has its original ribbon fittings it will fit a neck of any size.
