Georgian rock crystal button earrings

I have three pairs of earrings, circa 1800, created from a set of six Georgian buttons. They are silver and set with natural rock crystal [colourless quartz] in foiled and closed back settings designed to trap light and brilliance. The gold ear wires are naturally later. The buttons measure 1/3 of an inch by 1/3 of an inch and length including gold wire is 2/3 of an inch. Fabulously bright, with the intense depth of refraction of natural rock crystal.
