Nothing catches the eye quite like the kaleidoscopic display of a fine labradorite gemstone with its flashing spectrum of colours. This labradorite carving circa 1900, is in the form of a menacing devil with rose-cut diamond eyes and curled horns. It is set to an 18 carat gold stickpin. The head measures 2/3 of an inch by 1/2 an inch and the gold stickpin is 3 inches long. In original fitted case from the Goldsmiths and Silversmiths Company. Very finely detailed carving, immaculate.
