Carved banded agate earrings

A pair of high carat gold earrings, circa 1870, set with domes of carved banded agates and centres of natural pearls. The earrings are 1 and 1/8 inches long including gold wire and 3/4 of an inch wide. Lovely agate carving, immaculate.
