Edwardian enamel and diamond heart

A pretty and large heart pendant, circa 1910. It is 18 carat gold and silver. The centre is a heart enamelled in emerald green and white within a floral surround of old-cut and rose-cut diamonds, with a diamond bale. The heart is 1.5 inches long, 1 and 1/4 inches wide and immaculate.
