From Lady Curzon

An 18 carat gold aristocratic presentation heart dated 1893. The heart is set with a domed natural rock crystal surmounted by the letter H within a heart of rose cut diamonds. To reverse the inscription : In heartfelt remembrance of H. May Dec. 1893 from Lady Curzon. The heart measures 1.5 inches by one inch. Very fine quality, solid and immaculate.
