Gage de mon amour

Sweet little Rococo high carat gold faceted and opening rock crystal locket, circa 1760. The bow-ribbon top is enamelled in white with the inscription : gage de mon amour – a token of my love and affection. The pendant is 1 and 1/8 inches long and 3/4 of an inch wide across the bow-ribbon top. In immaculate condition.
