Georgian diamond cluster eternity ring

A most unusual permutation of a Georgian eternity ring, circa 1800. It is 18 carat gold and silver and set fully round with old-cut diamonds. The head of the ring is in the form of a cluster, attached to the diamond eternity hoop. All gems are in foiled and closed back settings. The ring is size N [US 6 and 1/2]. There are approximately 3 carats of old-cut diamonds in total. Such a pretty ring in immaculate condition.
