Georgian gold long chain

Fine quality high carat gold chain circa 1830. It is comprised of pierced lozenge links between decorative knot links, with a hidden clasp. The chain is 56 inches long, so long enough to be worn doubled or as a single long chain. It weighs a substantial 64 grams, [there are 31.1 grams to a troy ounce of gold].
