Georgian pink topaz

A rather luscious Georgian pink topaz and diamond brooch pendant from the Ginny Dawes collection. It is 18 carat gold and silver and set with a vibrant foiled pink topaz within a surround of old-cut and rose-cut diamonds, all gems in foiled and closed back settings. The pink topaz is approximately 3.75 carats and the diamonds are approximately 2 carats in total. It measures 1 and 1/8 inches by 3/4 of an inch. My  restorer will make a pendant fitting that can slide onto the brooch pin so it can be worn as a pendant and does not affect the integrity and originality of the piece.
