Georgian topaz plaque ring

A pretty and unusual Georgian plaque ring, circa 1820. The high carat gold tapered shank supports a plaque enamelled in pale pink and royal blue, and set with a central golden topaz. The royal blue enamel is surmounted by tiny rose-cut diamond stars. The ring is size N and 1/2 [US 6 and 3/4] and can be sized and the head of the ring measures 1 and 1/8 inches by 3/4 of an inch. Immaculate.
