Neo-classical agate cherub

A Neo-classical agate carving in two strata of a cherubic head, circa 1820,  reclaimed from an old piece of jewellery and set to an 18 carat gold hexagonal ring mount crafted from ethically sourced 100% Australian gold. For me, each piece I create is a story, where the elements of the ring blend the old and the new. My aim is to preserve the essence of these old gems whilst adapting them for a new era. The ring is size N [US 6 and 1/2] and can be sized. The cherub carving measures 1/3 of an inch by 1/3 of an inch.
