Regard

Sweet little sentimental ring, circa 1820. It is in the form of a pansy, symbolising pensée – think of the giver. The high carat gold pierced shank supports a pansy of gems spelling ‘regard’ in the acrostic manner – ruby, emerald, garnet, amethyst, ruby, diamond. The ring is size J [US 5 and 1/4] and can be sized up. There is a hair locket compartment to reverse. Immaculate.
