Renaissance diamond ring

A Renaissance diamond ring, circa 1600. The high carat gold decoratively pierced shank supports a six petalled cusped bezel enclosing a foiled rose-cut diamond. The ring is size K [US 5 and 1/8] and the head of the ring measures 1/3 of an inch by 1/4 of an inch. It is in remarkably fine, sturdy and most wearable condition.
