The high carat gold heart has a compartment set with a ground of vibrant cerise pink foil overlaid with entwined cerise hearts on a weave of hair and within a gold wirework border. The compartment is covered with a faceted rock crystal. To reverse the initials of the betrothed : W W. The pendant measures one inch by 2/3 of an inch.
