Tudor memento mori skull ring
A rare Tudor memento mori ring, circa 1550, the hexagonal bezel engraved with a stylised skull motif surrounded by the name of the deceased: James Porlace, with volutes and foliate shoulders in plain gold band, with traces of black enamel.
