Victorian double heart ring

Sweet Victorian double heart ring, circa 1880. It is 18 carat gold and set with a ruby heart and a sapphire heart, both surrounded by rose-cut and old-cut diamonds, all gems set silver. The hearts are bound together by a bow-ribbon knot. The ring is size J [US 4 and 5/8] and immaculate.
